Tagbagz have made every effort to display their products accurately, however due to the differences between the many different computer monitors we cannot guarantee that the colours represented on your screen are 100% accurate.

Products are subject to availability. We will not be liable for compensation or damages, if we cannot supply specific products.

Tagbagz products contain small parts and as such are not suitable for under 3 year olds.

All payments to Tagbagz are processed through Paypal. Paypal accepts payments from most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. All payments are handled in sterling.

Tagbagz reserves the right to decline orders that do not pass the Address Verification System. This is not only a protection for us, but also for you in case of stolen or misused cards.

Shipping and Handling

For UK customers postage is by Royal Mail and is either first or second class depending on purchasers choice. Overseas orders are placed at customers' risk. Tagbagz will not accept responsibility for items posted internationally that are lost in transit.


ALL orders are dispatched within 3 working days of order placement.

Orders should arrive within 1 to 4 working days after dispatch date. Please note this is not a guaranteed service.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We do not offer any products that we do not stock. In the unfortunate situation where orders are taken simultaneously which results in no stock, we will supply the order received first and offer the second or subsequent customers the right to cancel or await replenished stocks.

Returns Policy

Tagbagz endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy.

Items may be returned with 7 days of receipt if they are defective.

If items are returned within 7 days we will give a full refund. Please note we do not refund postage costs. You must notify by email to sales@tagbagz.co.uk with details of your order and item(s) you wish to return BEFORE returning anything back to us, we will issue you with a returns note and assign a returns number which must be included with the product being returned.

Items returned WITHOUT authorisation may be refused.

Items returned outside of the 7 day period will not be accepted back unless previously agreed with us in writing.
